How to we get the keys?

From 2011, the keys will be in a key safe on-site, the details of which will be given during the week(s) before you go on your holiday. Other arrangements can be made if this isn’t possible – we can post them to you or leave them at the reception desk. Any lost keys will be charged for.

What time can I arrive and leave?

Arrival time will be 2:30pm or after on the arrival date (always Saturday unless special arrangements have been made). Departure time will be no later than 10:30am (always Saturday unless special arrangements have been made).  This period is to allow our cleaners to visit and check the caravan before your arrival.

What do I need to bring (Housekeeping)?

We provide almost everything. For reasons of personal hygiene, you must bring your own bottom sheets for the beds you will be using, towels and your own soaps. Other consumables like toilet rolls  and kitchen rolls will be there when you arrive, but we ask that you replace any rolls that have been used up during your stay.

Can I bring my pet?

No – unfortunately we don’t allow pets in the caravan.

How about smoking?

There is no smoking inside the caravan – you can smoke around the outside and on the patio area, but we ask you tidy up all your cigarette ends before you go home. Please don’t drop any cigarettes onto the balcony area since it is made of plastic and may melt or catch fire - don't forget that any damages must be paid for.

Telephone numbers are in a file at the caravan. If you do have a problem, then please ring the appropriate number as given in the information file, or contact us direct.

We’ve broken a couple of glasses…

Accidents do happen. All we ask is that you clean up any mess and safely dispose of the broken item. Please let us know if this happens so they can be replaced for the next hirer.
