Booking. Always complete and return the booking form. This confirms that you accept all the following terms for staying in our caravan. It is recommended you phone us first to make a short term reservation to avoid disappointment. Click here for booking form.

Arrival and Departure.

Keys: You will be contacted by phone either Wednesday or Thursday (normally Thursday evening) before your arrival to arrange to meet you on site with the keys. Our representative will show you into the caravan and how to operate items like the central heating if required. Keys may also be sent by 'special delivery' post during the week before the arrival date and must be returned by 'special delivery' within the week following departure date shown on the booking form. It is the bookers responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the keys if they are to be sent by post.

Lost or delayed keys will be charged for at £10 per set.

Arrival time: This will be arranged during the phone call about the keys, but will be 1pm or after on the date shown on the booking form (always Saturday unless special arrangements have been made). 

Departure time: to be no later than 10:30am (always Saturday unless special arrangements have been made). 

Payment. All we need to hold your required dates, is a £50 deposit. Any monetary balance can be paid anytime up to 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. After this period, your reservation will be cancelled and the holiday week(s) re-let. See also 'Cancellation' below.

Accommodation. The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form (maximum 6 people), which must be signed by the hirer, who will be responsible for the entire party. Being a family park, we only accept bookings from family groups. We do not accept bookings from young singles or all-male/all-female parties.

For reasons of hygiene and the comfort of other guests, we  would ask that you do not smoke in the caravan.

All bedding is provided, towels and soaps are not.

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Any breakages, damages or theft of furniture, fittings, inventory or to the accommodation must be paid for by the hirer. It is important that you check for any damage and report it to our representative immediately after your arrival. Failure to do so may render you liable to cover the cost of repairs or replacements.

Pets and animals are not allowed in the caravan.

Behaviour. If, in the opinion of ourselves, our representative, or the park manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation, and you will be asked to vacate the accommodation immediately. In this event, you will not be entitled to any form of compensation or refund.

Cancellation. If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us in the first instance and also  NOTIFY US IN WRITING.

IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES APPLY:

4 weeks or less                                             100% of the total holiday cost    

Should the accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be given, although you will not be entitled to any further compensation.

Liability and Insurance. We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party. We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc.  These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance companies.
